Using AI to pitch for a 30 seconds cartoon animation, PIXAR style. film My recent experience using AI, chat GPT, and Runway to illustrate my production pitch deck was a brand new exercice for me. "Akwaba" is a pitch worked for Hibiscusfilms Paris, selling a cartoon animated tv commercial. Akwaba is the "la coupe d'Afrique des nations" mascot, a African soccer event that will strat in November. I usually worked my proposals with Google sourcing big size pictures from the web and sourcing in a vast database of photos that allows me to create quiet attractive presentations. The fact than these pitch concerns annimated pictures i could only use few pictures from my google search and it was the time to jump into AI solutions easily accessible online. Honeslty the experience was 50% good only, still it opens new perspectives. The main limit is from my point of view the diffculty to keep a continuity, in the production of pictures, and the difficulty of setting pictures with more than one character. It sounds quite impossible now as it is to create a storyboard for example. Just my point of view. The fact is that everything is about the accuracy of the prompts, so as a newbie, i will keep learning how to prompt and will keep you posted here of future achievements.
